Started in 2009, MyInternational is a registration and risk management product we built for Nipissing University in Northern Ontario. Build using the MVC framework for asp.net this online software program enables students to register for international programs and allows administrators to approve applications as well as track students while away. All data is searchable, exports for report building and can be edited and archived. -
AOD Mobility

Launched in May of 2010, AOD Mobility is a a Canadian company that specializes in the design, development, fabrication, and fitting of complex orthopedic devices. This client had an existing site that did not meet today's website standards. GiantGoat addressed the issues of branding, product and information display and ease of navigation. Written using the Smarty framework with a bit of jquery added for image enhancement. -
Biodiversity Institute of Ontario: Formicidae (Ants)

The Barcode of Life project undertaken by the Biodiversity Institute of Ontario promises to produce DNA sequencing for all life. The Formicidae website shown here is called a 'Campaign Website' and displays the sum of all barcoding to date for this particular group of living creatures. We designed and built a template all campaign websites in this series (~ 35 when complete). Each site provides 'real time' displays of the taxonomy and the total numbers barcoded as scientists from around the world enter their DNA data into the central database repository. XML data feeds are updated in real time on the campaign websites for display to the public. -
Shopeteer

Shopeteer is a website built for the promotion of small business in southern Ontario which launched this past spring. Businesses can register and build a store front free of charge, and then go on to promote various products/services. The website visitor or shopper searches for stores, products or services of interest conveniently; community building tools will be developed during the next phase of production, currently shoppers utilize the Shopeteer forum to get answers to their shopping or service needs. The end result will be a community of store owners and shoppers who will build community and relationships. This online software product was build in the Cake PHP framework with a MySQL database. -
A Soldier's Day CD-ROM
This software tool is used by the Canadian Armed Forces to manage the equipment and clothing of armed forces personnel. The program is highly graphical, and allows the user to determine the weight loads soldiers carry in various climates under various combat situations. This product was build using flash and utilizes database functionality for data manipulation. The format currently is CD-ROM. -

Robertson Brown Health Services is a local home health service that exemplifies the art of care giving, demonstrating professionalism at all times, and supports the enjoyment of personal interactions. This is a typical small business website build using the basic BILLY Web Content Management System; the client is able to manage all web content easily and conveniently. This site launched this past spring. -
Community Torchlight

Community Torchlight is an organization serving the Guelph / Wellington / Dufferin area. They provide free telephone based services to your neighbours in need, and we're happy to have the chance to help them get their message out. Torchlight are also the first users of our new +data component to our Billy CMS, allowing them to receive and handle volunteer applications.
